In this original oil on linen, the artist portrays Sioux Indian Gary Silk
with horse Pahz. Gary rode by horseback from South Dakota to Washington
D.C. to retrieve a war bonnet that he had presented to President
Clinton. According to the artist, Clinton did not honor Silk's tribal
treaty or discuss conditions.
